Wood Appearance: Fukadiis a heavy to very heavy hardwood with high mechanical and physical properties. The heartwood is reddish yellow to olive-brown with dark stripes, and the wood has a medium texture, interlocked grain, and high luster.

Mechanical Properties: High or excellent, with good mechanical properties. Dense and hard, unique in key mechanical properties like modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, and maximum crushing strength.
